Once in the driving seat of the Alfa Brera, you immediately notice the excellent arrangement of the instruments, the ease and convenience of the controls, all turned towards the drive and grouped logically. The built in radio and the controls for the "dual zone" automatic climate control, with their refined design, are all placed in the centre of the dashboard.
The Alfa Brera is fitted with two JTS direct injection and Twin Phaser technology petrol engines: the 260bhp 3.2 V6 JTS and 185bhp 2.2 JTS. Both petrol engines adopt original and innovative technical solutions such as JTS direct injection of the "Twin Phaser" continuous variator for controlling the intake and exhaust valves.
The sporting heart finds its utmost expression in the new 260bhp V6 cylinder 3.2 litre petrol engine, which is a natural evolution of the previous V6 engine.
This car is powerful, sparkling and elastic, with lots of engine torque even at low speeds, ensuring safe pick up without having to change gear. Designed for maximum driving pleasure, these engines also guarantee low fuel consumption and low emissions.
